Please kindly ignore a recent noise from BBC pidgin and co, accusing age-long dietary measures, that has salvaged many life’s from untimely death since time immemorial…

Garlics, Beets, Apples, Carrots, and English Pears are of the Pectin class. Pectins and Gums are included among Glycoproteins which are a major constituent of INTERFERONS found in the T-cells.

They are found in Non-specific immune responses in the body, hence they “interfere” with and destroy virus growth in the body.

They help build Immunity by destroying pathogenic growths in the body…

What about Ginger and Tumeric?
Two powerful Antioxidants, enriched with Anti-inflammatory properties.
They stop inflammations from viral and bacterial infections.

No wonder, Viral growths are no match to a combination of GARLIC, Tumeric, Ginger, and Black seeds…

NB: Now, should you take too much Garlic simply because it is highly medicinal? No! Measure is everything, even too much of a good thing is injurious… Therefore, avoid excess intakes of these herbs, fruits, and spices.

Dosage: Take 4g (1 or 2 cloves) of Garlic per day, if in powdered form, 300mg of dried garlic is okay and about 7.2g of aged garlic if in extract form, per day is okay.

At this Covid 19 outbreak, if u feel mild symptoms, You may empower your immunity by combining it with Tumeric and ginger in moderate quantity, 2spoonful of all in a cup of Black seed tea/ Honey… and you are good to go!

If you are going for surgery or on any anticoagulants, reduce garlic intakes drastically because of its blood-thinning and antithrombotic effects.
