It can be chewed, but first, you  have to roast it (do not burn it)

Note:

  1. If you decide to chew One seed, ensure that you are at home because you will visit the restroom a lot.
  2. Just like you do not add too much salt to your food, you do not add too much of this spice so that it does not overpower the taste of your food.
